Two types of black pigments for concrete are mainly used: Iron oxide black and Carbon Black. Despite of relatively low coloring strength of Iron oxide black, it is widely used for cement based products, because Carbon Black is supposed to be washed out of concrete. Black 2B pigments combine both high coloring power and the ability to be firmly embedded in the concrete matrix. For the various needs of manufacturers, we offer a series of pigments that differ in coloring ability and price. Each of these pigments significantly outperforms the Iron oxide pigment.
